Soleil West designed the new Santa Rosa Middle School in two phases.
Phase One included 30,404 sf for classrooms, restrooms,
a science lab,a computer lab,
a library, a band room, cafeteria, kitchen and offices.

Phase Two incorporated an additional 16,415 sf classrooms,restrooms,dressing rooms and a 500 seat gymnasium. Both phases totalled 46,819 sf.
The total construction cost was $4,928,085.
