Soleil West is an architecture, planning and interior design firm. We have a variety of design experiences which has given us the skills to handle any design issue.
We believe in giving the client the best possible design for their needs while keeping budget issues in mind. Soleil West recognizes that every client is different. Each client has unique architectural wants and needs. Still there are some similarities between every client Every client needs a safe, and adequately designed structure that is within budget. Differences arise in the specialized use of the designed structure. Soleil West identifies these differences and centers its designs around these differences so as to give the most functional design for the client's needs.
Soleil West also realizes that most clients have a limited budget. Soleil West does its best to keep projects within budget, and as such, we have a history of regularly having projects come in within budget. We also have a history of keeping change orders to a minimum. Soleil West also helps our clients find contractors whether its through bidding or some other method. Economic and market conditions greatly affect bid results. A down turn in the economy and in construction projects causes contractor prices to become more competitive. Consequently, it is easier to maintain budgets.
Soleil West's principal architect, Kevin Balciar, leads the firm with strong designs, effective management and coordination of the architectural and engineering fields. Art Blessen is a licensed architect and engineer, whose extensive engineering and construction experience gives him the skills to effectively design and communicate the needs and wants of the client to the contractor. Sandra Johnson and Laura Wegener are well-trained architectural interns who have developed an expertise for a number of building types. Detailing, computer aided design, 3-D modeling & rendering, and marketing proposals are among their tasks. Tabatha English is the office manager whose duties include distribution of bid documents and upkeep on project files.
Regardless of the client's needs or wants, Soleil West can accommodate. Soleil West has a trained staff of professionals with experience in educational facilities, commercial and governmental buildings, residential developments, and health care facilities to name a few.
