Soleil West designed the new Blue Hole Dive and Civic Center in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. The project totals over 17,000 square feet and was completed in 2010. |

The aim of the project was to provide the City of Santa Rosa with a facility that compliments the natural wonder of the Blue Hole Lake. It has long since been an extraordinary attraction in the state of New Mexico. With the completion of the Blue Hole Dive and Civic Center, the visiting patrons will now have full facilities to compliment their stay. |
