| Soleil West provides planning services, including master plans, feasibility studies, and funding assistance. We have prepared master plans for the City of Santa Rosa, San Miguel County, Las Vegas City Schools, Springer Municipal Schools, Jemez Mountain Public Schools, Wagon Mound Public Schools, Mountainair Public Schools, Mora Independent Schools, and Santa Rosa Consolidated Schools. Below are brief descriptions of some of our planning projects: |
Santa Rosa Comprehensive Master Plan |

| In 1995, Soleil West worked with the City of Santa Rosa to create a twenty year comprehensive master plan. The master plan involved among other things the revision and updating of the city's zoning ordinance, identification of sewer and water utilities, the development of a five year capital improvements plan, the analysis of the city's neighborhoods and housing needs, and development of minimum landscape requirements. In 2000, Soleil West prepared an update to the master plan, which included an update of the ICIP plan, the zoning map, the city limit line, the street and road map, and utility lines. It also included the development of a promotional brochure illustrating economic capital improvements. The brochure was used to secure funding from numerous sources, and it was used to pass the local gross receipts tax increase. |

Las Vegas City Schools Master PlanThe Las Vegas City Schools Master Plan was created to express the long term construction needs and wants of the school district. The strength of the master plan has allowed Las Vegas City Schools to focus its efforts so as to get the appropriate funding for its projects and to also avoid expensive change orders. The master plan has almost been completely executed and Soleil West has been the architect through the whole process. |
